What we collect

- Menu & business content — anything you publish in your digital menu.
- Customer data — phone numbers, names, visits, and points you enter (Acquire feature).
- Usage data — basic analytics so we can improve the product.
How we use it
To provide the Service, send transactional emails, and (with permission) product announcements.
Sharing
We don't sell your data. We share data only with subprocessors needed to run the Service (hosting, email, SMS) under strict data-processing terms.
Your customers' data
You're the data controller for your customer records. Retyn is the processor. You're responsible for collecting consent before adding a customer or sending them messages.
SMS consent
If you use SMS features, you must collect express written consent from each recipient and include opt-out instructions on every promotional message.
Cookies
We use first-party cookies for authentication only. No third-party advertising cookies.
Data deletion
You can delete your account at any time, which removes your data within 30 days. Email hello@loyaltyhub.app for a manual export beforehand.
