1. Acceptance

By creating a Retyn account or using the Retyn platform ("Service"), you agree to these terms.

2. The Service

Retyn provides a digital menu builder and (in early access) customer loyalty, marketing automation, and promotion tools for restaurants and similar venues.

3. Your account

You're responsible for the content you publish, the customers you contact, and keeping your login credentials private.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Retyn to send spam, deceptive messages, or anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that violate this rule.

5. Free tier

The Digital Menu tier is free. We may add limits over time but will give reasonable notice.

6. Paid features (early access)

Acquire, AutoPilot, and Promotions are in early access. Pricing, availability, and feature scope may change before general availability.

7. Data & privacy

See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data and your customers' data.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms.

9. Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Retyn is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date.
